Thread breaks down money WASTED per Beto O’Rourke vote and the Left FLIPS OUT [tr]

Robert O’Rourke lost last night even though he raised more money than any other person who has ever run for the Senate. Hollywood dumped millions of dollars into his campaign hoping to beat Cruz … and Bob still lost.

T. Greg Doucette broke down the cost of each Beto vote in what turned into a fairly entertaining thread.

Enjoy.

US Senate for Texas

2012, Paul Sadler Raised: $705,027 Votes: 3,194,927 $/Vote: $0.22 each

2018, Beto O'Rourke Raised: $69,240,350+ Votes (11:33pm ET): 3,413,259+ $/Vote: $20.29 each

Allllllll that money for just 200K+ more votes?

“Beto O’Rourke Raised: $69,240,350”

No! Beto was gifted $69 million from the super-rich.

The Left never runs out of money. Most of the super rich people in this country are Democrats, so money will never be a problem for them.

Yes, Beto spent a ton of money in a losing effort, but no Leftist running in the near term future will be lacking funds because of Beto. They have an endless supply of cash and can outspend us in every race at any level.

Trump’s superior MAGA plan trumped the America-hating mega vote buyers.

That, and Trump wasn’t complacent. He campaign in the mid-terms with focus. Complacency kills.

If the dems were required to play on a level playing field I suspect the dem party would not even exist by now.

Beto’s constant F-bombs, not just in his concession speech:

I am inclined to agree with that. Look at how much effort they put into ballot stuffing, illegal voting, etc. If you have a winning philosophy, then you don’t need a fraud machine.

It shows that if you have a photogenic, charming candidate, who is willing to lie convincingly and repeatedly, backed with all those advantages listed above, they can gain about 7 percentage points above otherwise.

I think Governor Abbott received about 7 percentage points more of the vote than O'Rourke.
