Red Win: The cretins who star on “Saturday Night Live” mocked Texas GOP congressional candidate and retired U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Cmdr. Dan Crenshaw over the weekend, but the decorated war vet who lost an eye to a terrorist attack got the last laugh.

Crenshaw defeated Democratic challenger Todd Litton on Tuesday to win Texas’s 2nd Congressional District, even though Dems kept hoping to flip the district blue despite Crenshaw’s double-digit lead.

And ironically, the skit probably contributed to the win.

Glad Crenshaw won. An SNL can pound salt.

Maybe we should send the SNL “comedy” writers a thank you.

He’ll be a good man to have in Congress. I’d expect him to join the House Freedom Caucus, and we’re sure going to need them more than ever. Karma indeed.

Did he win a dem seat or was it already republican? Regardless, I am very happy he won.

Unfortunately, our reliable congressional seat was lost to a dem. Our candidate phoned it in. Now the seat is gone.

I’d buy a ticket to sit in and watch the show if a Comcast lobbyist ever showed up in his office.
