Will Sessions’ replacement come in the lame duck or after the Senate has a bigger majority?
My guess is Trump makes a recess appointment after the Senate is FINALLY forced to go out of session. Then he submits his pick to the new Senate while the interim pick gets to work with the disinfectant.
