One major reason Tapper and his other CNN buddies say these outrageous things is because they are suffering terribly in the ratings and so they say this stuff to get people riled up to tune in to see what else they will say. They hate Trump alright but I believe they are desperate for folks to watch them while still bashing Trump 24/7
