Remember that appointee to the 9th circuit that had to be withdrawn a couple months ago because one replacement Senator from South Carolina got cold feet?
Renominate that judge and RAM him through. Then ram through 5 more strict constructionists on the 9th circuit and ram through 7 more circuit court judges for the 13 current vacancies on the courts.
Meanwhile the clock is ticking for Breyer, Ruth Buzzard and the Wide Latina.
That both qualify as a gay and old time or gay old time!
So now they are ‘conservative judges’ because they believe in following the Constitution and laws as written?

I hope he has enough time to clean out the stables of regulatory agencies which have usurped the Congress under the leftists.
