I'm assuming Hogg's group is using funds from some sort of non-profit and that it's illegal to campaign for Abrams while using such funding. He, therefore, denies campaigning for Abrams while he is campainging for Abrams.

I would say the caption should be the Future of America but that is so upsetting it may cause readers to go into despair-—or anger.
