The Secretary of State should just certify the winners.
With the SCOTUS precedent of Bush v. Gore any further monkey business will constitute a violation of the 14th. Amendment rights of the winning candidates.

Going completely unreported is Tony Evers theft of the Wisconsin Governorship with some 79,000 questionable ballots in Milwaukee county - 34,000 of which were voters who were previously declared dead, non-existent, or wrong address.
Broward and Miami Dade are heavy Rat counties but Democrats only get like 60% there in a good year.
Even Rat lawyers can see its not going to be 100%. Final votes will break at best 60-40.

There is no provision in FL law for a candidate requested recount.
Like I said, if it gets within recount range, everyone’s lawyers get involved.
Maybe weeks before an official count is issue, it a mandated recount is triggered.
They need to throw out ALL absentee ballots that are turned in at a polling place where someone has not either shown ID or signed the voting book. This is unbelievable corruption by these democrat counties. File the lawsuit right now.
