Judge Napolitano is really sounding like a leftist these last few months. It sickens me to listen to him lately. He probably wants POTUS to pick him for the AG position. NO.

I never listen to Napolitano; haven’t for a couple of years. I’ll wait for what Jeanine Pirro has to say.

Judge Napolitano says Trump's acting AG isn't qualified for role.

Trump is probably saying, judge who? Like he doesn’t give a rat’s rear end what Napolitano thinks.

Irrelevant. This temporary appointment is in conformity with statute law and the Constitutional powers of the President. End of discussion.

Napolitano is probably right on this. Keep in mind that he's not talking about "qualified" in subjective terms, but under the explicit Senate confirmation requirements of the U.S. Constitution.

How do I know he's right? Because he agrees with Clarence Thomas on this point. Thomas has been clear about this for a long time: the appointment of an "acting" cabinet member without Senate confirmation is an end-run around the Senate confirmation requirement.

Napolitano is nuts. Whitaker was an US Attorney. He couldn’t be more qualified.

Right on the mark!

Two peas in a stinky DemonRat pod IMO. Someone was saying Judge Nappy was expecting a Federal judgeship or even a SC appointment? Not sure in which universe though..........?

Statute? Yes.

Constitutional powers of the President? Almost certainly not.

It's worth noting that there is probably nobody with any legal standing to challenge the appointment right now (other than the Senate itself, of course). That would only change if and when Whitaker performs some official function that he's required to do by law as the AG.

Jeff Sessions, Bobby Kennedy, Eric Holder, Janet Reno... do these seem ‘qualified’ in retrospect?

Threads posting the rantings of someone’s opinion from their twitter should not be even posted.
I mean who cares what this non factor from Fox thinks about anything.

Napolitano is a bit light in the loafers.
His 15 minutes are up and like most of his ilk - his narcissistic side craves attention.

The more I hear of what of he says (because I never look to listen on purpose) the more I’m convinced he never really knows what he’s talking about.
