Conceding that illegal immigration is a losing issue for Republicans, Pelosi revealed that she suggested to Democrats running for Congress to not get into fights with the Trump administration on immigration

Either this is a typo or she is crazy (or both). How do you concede a losing issue for your opponent?

Neither a typo nor crazy: She is also IMPLICITLY conceding it is a losing issue for Dems ,too.
