Just in time for this November’s mid-term elections!

Did you know that since 1982, the Republican Party had been legally prohibited from contesting elections due to suspected vote fraud, because of a legal agreement called the Consent Decree the GOP made with the Democrat Party?

Finally, 36 years later, a judge has ended the agreement, freeing the Republican Party to ensure electoral integrity by investigating and pursuing suspected vote fraud.

Betcha you never heard or seen this truly momentous news in the Left-infested mainstream nedia. Why’s that?

I read the whole thing and it does not explicitly say the removal of that corrupt decree was done soon enough to help fight fraud from this week’s election.

Hopefully it was done soon enough.

I am so disappointed and angry that here in WI the dems stole the governorship at 2am Wednesday when the tie between Walker and Evers suddenly became a 30,000 vote lead for the demonrat when the usual suspects in Milwaukee county found 30,000 Evers votes. Walker is not fighting this. He caved and conceded. He knows there was fraud.

The GOP has spent decades improving their “chumpiness”. I don’t hold much hope that the party that “goes along to get along” can overcome their history.

That was not contested by the ‘GOP’. It was contested by George W. Bush and his campaign.

The ‘GOP’ is a separate entity.

Great post. I just wish the GOP had the stones to push back now that they are free to do so. The fact that they agreed to this “consent decree” to begin with is evidence that hey have no backbone, as if we needed more.

"Did you know that since 1982, the Republican Party had been legally prohibited from contesting elections due to suspected vote fraud..."

Actually, if you read even the linked article, let alone go to the decree itself, you'll find it doesn't say that at all. It did not prevent the contesting of elections.

That would explain why Republicans have acknowledged voter fraud exists but never legally confronted it.....

That was one of the single most stupid decisions ever made by the Republican Party...and that is saying something, given the long and sorry history of The Stupid Party. Not allowing them to challenge Dem vote fraud was a diamond-studded invitation delivered on a silver platter to The Evil Party.

WTF were these people THINKING? Sheesh, let the people involved go to jail for a couple years, but to hamstring the ENTIRE party, NATIONWIDE, seemingly FOREVER?

I sincerely hope that the R’s, now headed by Trump, come out of the gate on this issue with a LOT of blood in their eye. The Dems are corrupt through and through, and they literally haven’t met the election that they don’t cheat to win, or win bigger. People need to go to jail - LOTS of people, nationwide. Let’s start with Floriduh.
