You might say it had to have been drawn up to be released so quickly. I see your point there, but Jeff has been late or missing on a lot of things.

Sessions was VERY strong on immigration and border issues. By the way, you clearly don’t have the first clue about how the federal regulations processes work — these regulation changes were in the works for some time.
I too have been disappointed in AG Sessions. Liked him much better as a senator but the one area he has been very effective in is illegal immigration. It’s pretty much his “thing”.
Whose to say that Whitaker hadn’t had this plan drawn up all by his lonesome and finally got a chance to implement it?
