This may have been why the Dems fought so hard against Kavanaugh. This may make it to the Supreme court like Gore/Bush did. This may be why they need to impeach Kavanaugh.

A recount ain’t going to cut it. They have deliberately intermingled “found” ballots with legitimate ballots.

This will require a revote, with official observers shadowing all election officials.

What will the Democrat legal challenge entail? The dastardly Republicans won’t let us cheat?

Hell no. All that does is give those lazy ass Dems who didn’t vote on Election Day, a second chance. Just dont count the votes in Broward for either candidate.

That works for me, but it’s not going to happen.

They can’t have a re-vote because I, here in Louisiana, won’t be included in the group being allowed to re-vote. Knowing the general results of a nationwide election is an advantage NOT being provided to me, thus, not equal. Chain of possession laws which were broken should simply invalidate the entire county from being included in the vote totals. Those voters can then class-action sue that county into hell for it’s malfeasance.

That works for me, but they must not be allowed to steal the election.

No to a revote. If "found" ballots have been commingled, the count should revert to the number initially reported before the shenanigans began. Cheaters don't get a second bite at the apple.

Democrats will howl. Let 'em. And bring criminal charges against the officials involved.

So now we have three voting systems:

Mail in/Early voting
Day of election voting
Week after the election voting

The democrats added the third when they cant win by the first two

Lawyers for the candidates in Florida's close Senate race faced off in court Friday afternoon as the race appeared headed to a recount, along with the race for governor.

Time for a new election in those Florida counties with corrupt election officials. The corrupt officials should be prosecuted and punished if found guilty. Everyone will have to vote again, this time following the laws.

Call for a new election. How else can you end the corruption?

Both claims were made without evidence.

JUST LOVE this piece of snide editorializing by a local NBC outlet. To the twits in the MSM, the evidence is presented to the Judge in the hearing that is being requested. Premature disclosure of the evidence allows the opposition to subvert it. There is a logic here that escapes the news story presentation, 2 Fl Counties, both heavily 'D', have completely failed to follow legal and ethical standards in counting and reporting their citizen's vote.

Two of these 'failures' stand out as 'evidence' of bad faith in the election process. First, the law allows for the counting of mail-in and early voting ballots starting 6 days prior to Election Day with the proviso of complete blackout until 7pm when it is required to be transmitted to Tallahassee. They never made the report! Second, they are required to inform Tallahassee of the number of ballots cast in total by the day after voting is completed. This is a security break-point designed to stop the manufacturing of added ballots. This is just a count of ballots, not the processed vote. This is also not done as of Friday!

Based upon just these points and disregarding other revealed ugliness, what is THE LOGICAL CONCLUSION HERE? No matter how close these people are to Cape Canaveral, this is not Rocket Science!

How?

Completely throw out the county election results. They violate the rules, the voter fraud is not allowed to be counted.

End of story.

Absolutely what they are doing, but they are fabricating fraudulent ballots out of voters that did not vote.

If you examine the signatures, they will show it.

This is why they have never presented the log of votes case every 4 hours. This would expose their fraud. So they just don’t do it.
