Does Scott feel that if he suspends Snipes, it will look like a political move instead of an executive decision? And if there happens to be a revote (which I don’t even know is possible), he would lose support of the moderates? Just a guess.

seems to me, with the judge’s order in hand, Scott should have been there at 7:00, backed by state police, to break the door down, if needed.
