The red box has a numbered seal. That looks like a box full of machine ballots???
The seal number is traceable. Who signed off that it was accounted for at the counting place??

If box is empty, the ballots are probably in the inter-costal (Republican); If full, it is “new found votes” that need to be counted (democrap). EVERY VOTE MUST BE COUNTED!!
