No. 2,156,329 ballots cast. Early voting, both walk in and mail in, was 1,461,695. So 67.8% voted early. NOT absentee.
I’d be in favor of going back to Election Day only + Absentee, but that ain’t gonna happen. Not with 2/3 voting by mail. And mail in votes don’t start counting until after the election. And all of them have to be opened by hand. Typically takes a week.
