Snipes’ disregard for voters is shameful...
TALLAHASSEE, FL – Today, Caldwell Campaign spokeswoman Danielle Alvarez released the following statement:
“Brenda Snipes continues to believe she is above the law. Our process server has tried to deliver our lawsuit both last night and again this morning, a period of more than 14 hours, but Snipes refuses to be served. Her disregard for Florida voters and the integrity of this election is illegal and shameful.”
“How can we trust the integrity and accuracy of the electoral process in Broward County?”
On Friday, November 9, the Matt Caldwell Campaign filed suit against the Broward County Supervisor of Elections court to determine if Brenda Snipes illegally included ballots after polls closed on Tuesday, November 6, and if so, to ensure legally cast votes are counted.
The campaign also filed a public records request for all vote counts and any communications between Snipes, her executive team, her staff, and any third parties talking to the county about counting ballots.
Matt Caldwell's opponent has received millions from Anti-2nd A. groups.
NRA lobbyist Marion Hammer issued a statement critiquing Matt Caldwell's opponent: Nikki Fried is an “anti-gun extremist who will eliminate our freedoms.”
“Fried opposes your Second Amendment right to self-defense,” Hammer wrote. “If Fried gets elected, she will do everything she can to eliminate our gun rights. That is the plain truth.”
This combination of voter fraud and gun grabbing will be the fuse for CWII.
She should be in jail plain and simple.

Quite simply, there is no integrity of the vote in Broward County. The vote has been so corrupted it should simply be thrown out.
Agreed. Absolutely cut the Broward vote from the state total.
It is completely tainted, polluted, and unreliable.
Broward County voters then sue the Broward Supervisor of Elections for disenfranchisement and demand under FL’s sunshine laws that all their books and files get opened.
Had a client from FL hunting with us this weekend. When we asked about how he feels about liberals stealing the election for Nelson and the Governorship, he said, "Let them cheat, let them win, then I hope someone kills them immediately after in order to send a message that when you play stupid games you win stupid prizes".
....and this guy is one of those quiet professionals. We were amazed that he said this and I thought he would have said what Shakespeare said: "First kill the lawyers".
Unfortunately, its probably going to go down that way ala "Unintended Consequences "--the average Joe, fed up with the bull, pops out of the woodwork, takes out the offender, then quietly goes back to their life without a word being said.
Snipes is one ugly and vile woman. She belongs in jail for the rest of her life.
Her appearance is revolting and reflects her soul. She and Waters should have an “ugly inside and out” contest.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. I’m sure Snipes really feels bad that someone thinks what she’s done is shameful.

Quite true— the “activist” Fried is NOT a farmer, nor has ANY experience in Agriculture, industry, production or marketing. She was placed as a candidate in order to “audit” the CC licensee data base, and, in so doing, generate a list for the illegal seizure of privately owned firearms and other concealed weapons.
Plain and Simple— she is an Apparatchik in the Bolshevik takeover of our Country, starting in FL. A Soros stooge. This cannot happen.
Caldwell should forget a “Process Server” that, in this case would be a Broward Sheriff’s officer no doubt— and go direct to the FDLE... FL Dept of Law Enforcement, which CAN exert State pressure on this local officeholder to accept a Served Document and sign for it— UNDER the LAWS of FLORIDA- which SHE MUST OBEY or, be arrested. Period. This is the law- not subject to interpretation by individuals.
A very smart move by Caldwell.......we need to know who this consummate criminal Snipes is colluding and conspiring with.
Caldwell needs to get Snipes' computer hard drive from the SOE and her residence, her emails, snail mails, wire-transfers, bank records, cell phone records, residence phone records, and so on.
It is entirely possible that the practices of Snipes, her staff, other members of SOE's office, the Fla Democrat Party, and Democrat candidates may have violated federal (and state) laws that include, but are not limited to:
<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);
<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.
<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government,
<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.
<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a public enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.
<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District
<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.
Taxpayers should demand the following agencies commence investigations at once:

Saw on twitter a few days back that Snipes was visited by a former Presidential candidate (cough) a few days before the election. Maybe the answer is indeed in those bank records.
