Ok, as stated by a caller to Rush yesterday.
Pretty simple, too simple.
1. Election rules were not followed
2. Integrity of the count IS compromised
3. Ballots cannot be guaranteed 100% accurate
The county’s votes cannot be accepted. Period.
(The voters will be angry and not elect the elections official next election)
Like I said, too simple.
This is an correct path in my opinion. VOTERS in this county need to be culpable for voting for charming, lying snakes.
DE-NULLIFY THE VOTES IN THIS COUNTY if this indeed be a legal remedy
