Not under the conditions that a prior Court Order required, from last May. State Elections people are on site monitoring, and not allowed to report on internet, unlike the Party reps, both parties, GOP especially complaining they are not allowed in. So..... no. They will not get away with this— the refusal to give a bulk vote total on last Tuesday night’s close is just the start of illegal actions. Any ballots “found” after the 30 min. window close of Election day— 7 PM EST Last Tuesday, should not, under law, be considered. The only ballots which SHOULD be considered and accepted... are the US Military ballots which can be accepted through 5 PM tomorrow Nov. 16, EST or CST if the Panhandle SOEs receive any from military.

At this point the counts on Election Day at midnight should be what we use in ALL of the elections.

Depends entirely on the results of the machine recount. If it is not within those restrictions.... no hand recount. That is what is to be prayed for. And also, the machine recount, if not completed by any one SOE (like PB), would be the machine count made and reported on Election Night (revert to that one) only other alteration to that report would be the addition ONLY of any military ballots received (and tallied) through 5PM EST or 6PM CST Nov. 16th, tomorrow.
