60 of 67 counties have now completed the machine recount and reported results.
With almost 75% of votes recounted, Rick Scott’s lead has now GROWN by 54 votes.

More: At 3pm today, all counties will complete their machine recount and Bill Nelson will be faced with a choice. Does he continue this charade and allow DC liberals to continue dragging his reputation through the mud or does he bow out gracefully and preserve what’s left of his legacy.
As Politico’s Marc Caputo reports, Nelson would essentially have to hit a royal flush in the courts in order to prevail – and as of this morning, he’s only playing with 4 cards. While Nelson’s camp will spin this morning’s court decision as a win (even though it will be overturned by the Circuit Court) the truth is that the judge rejected their main request out of hand. The limited ruling, even if it were to stand, would not move the needle in any meaningful way.
Former Governor Jeb Bush said it best: “Senator NELSON, please stop the lawsuits, let the votes be accounted according to Florida law and accept the results. Don’t tarnish your years of service to Florida.”

Governor Scott has also filed an emergency appeal with the 11th Circuit to review the ruling of the District Judge concerning the signature issue. The 11th Circuit has previously ruled that the laws that govern vote counts will be based on the laws as written “at the time the votes are cast”. The ruling should be overturned tomorrow.

Like in 2000. The GOP needs one GOP county to hold out and cheat just like Broward is doing. This way Broward won’t know how many votes are needed.

Well, they’re upset, and their liberal minds have got to be blown! All they know is that they cheated their butts off again, risked jail time, and fraudulently created thousands of votes. They KNOW they did this! But they still LOST AGAIN! That’s why they appear so crazed.
Lucky for them, pubes never actually DO ANYTHING about voter fraud or illegal voting.
