The Government Accountability Institute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers exclusively told SiriusXM Patriots Breitbart News Tonights Senior Editors-at-Large Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak that a report revealing that Florida Democrats asked voters to submit absentee ballots after Election Day is a smoking gun and could possibly lead to a racketeering investigation.
I spoke with a Republican attorney today who is quite familiar with this and connected to the inter-workings and they believe that it is not only the smoking gun, but it is potentially the grounds for a RICO case this is not over. The first step is to get this out of the way. Lets get the election certified and lets get people sworn into office. But I think that this is a very real problem, ultimately whether its complete ignorance or an organized effort on behalf of the Florida Democratic Party to manipulate and violate the law they sent altered forms out with the hopes that they could just get away with it because they could get some sympathetic judges who say, Well, this is what the forms that these people received said so I guess well have to go along with it. [Emphasis added]
At the end of the day, the basic argument in Florida right now is this: Should the laws that were in place on the day of the election be upheld. And the Republicans are saying yes and the Democrats are saying no.

But realization that this is so bad as to justify RICO prosecution, should bring attention forward to legally pursue those who did this. If it goes unpunished, it will continue.
Getting the election certified and candidates seated” is fine and dandy. But if the candidates seated are democratics there will be no RICO investigation.

Or not. Wake me when the frog marches start. (beginning to feel a little Rip Van Winkle like)
Nothing will be done.
The most corrupt individual in American political history will sooner than later go to her grave having escaped all earthly justice, despite the volumes of evidence implicating her in NUMEROUS high crimes and acts of treason.
The real corrupt in this country always get away with it. This time will be no different. And they are laughing at us, knowing that our hope for justice will come up empty once again.
I believe I heard AZ GOP is opening an investigation into the Senate race.
RICO let’s see including, DNC, Clinton Foundation, Media (CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS), Social Media (GOOGLE, Facebook, Twitter), BLM, Antifa, Soros and his funds, Obama, Clinton, numerous other participants too many to list. This is massive organized crime exactly what RICO was originally to address.
I HOPE SO!
The Democrat Party is the party of organized crime. They sold their souls once they realized that they cannot afford to be honest and that was probably 25-30 years ago.
Yes, I saw that posted somewhere yesterday.
Democrats know nothing will happen.
Oh, I would love to see this. You can also pursue RICO as a civil action.
There really doesn’t have to be a “smoking gun” for RICO in that you don’t have to show a communication conspiracy between the actors. All you have to show is that the actors worked towards the same wrongful objective.
Our new AG might actually go after them. God knows Sessions would let it pass.
Wake me up when just ONE of the criminal rats goes to jail... which will NEVER happen.
When oh when oh when or when??!?!???.
If she went to her grave, it would be good for America.
You can never be so bad you can not serve as a horrible example
Yep, extremely poor title.
Can the Senate or the FBI/DOJ establish a RICO investigation.
