Democratic consultant claims he warned party staffers about legality but was ignored.
It seems clear at this point that Democrats in Florida were not going to accept defeat in the 2018 midterms and were prepared to do whatever it takes to win, including fraud. In multiple counties, an effort has been underway to “fix” certain mail ballots in the hope that they could turn the tide after the fact.
Try to imagine the media’s reaction if Republicans were doing this.

Democrats planned to use altered forms to fix mail ballots across Florida after deadline
A day after Florida’s election left top state races too close to call, a Democratic party leader directed staffers and volunteers to share altered election forms with voters to fix signature problems on absentee ballots after the state’s deadline.
The altered forms surfaced in Broward, Santa Rosa, Citrus and Okaloosa counties and were reported to federal prosecutors to review for possible election fraud as Florida counties completed a required recount in three top races.
But an email obtained by the USA TODAY NETWORK – Florida shows that Florida Democrats were organizing a broader statewide effort beyond those counties to give voters the altered forms to fix improper absentee ballots after the Nov. 5 deadline. Democratic party leaders provided staffers with copies of a form, known as a “cure affidavit,” that had been modified to include an inaccurate Nov. 8 deadline.
One Palm Beach Democratic activist said in an interview the idea was to have voters fix and submit as many absentee ballots as possible with the altered forms in hopes of later including them in vote totals if a judge ruled such ballots were allowed.

200,000 illegal aliens voted, tens of thousands of dead people voted, tens of thousands more ballots were “cast” after the Dem controlled counties could see who was registered but didn’t vote, and others.
I hope at least President Trump has the insight to know that every one of the elections where dems picked up surprising votes after the election, and there are a bunch, need to be investigated by feds. If not they will be emboldened to ramp up the fraud even more in 2020. Left up to the useless republican elites nothing will be done.
Why not? It’s not like there have ever been consequences for cheating legal voters out of their votes. But just try to stop illegal voters, that’s a capital offense.

Likely that scenario was repeated all across the US in races that did not receive the attention and others that could not be fixed in a nationwide practice for Dem voting in 2020 - as some one said here - ‘in 2020 all races will be contested by the Dems’.
Under Florida state law governing “fraudulent practices,” it’s a third-degree felony to “knowingly and willfully ... make or use any false document, knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry” connected to the Department of State. While the fraud statute is not contained in the state’s election code, it relates to the 2018 election because the affidavit in question concerned the elections division, which falls under the Department of State.

Keep in mind...falsifying official documents is the preferred criminal method to cover-up larger crimes.

This is implies they failed in 18. They Stole a Governor, 2 Senators, probably 20 or more house seats and countless down ballot, important offices.

No excuse for the incoming GOP Governor and Legislature not to enact voter ID.
Which would be upheld by a conservative state Supreme Court.
That law is barely enforced now, with a slap on the hand in order to protect illegals. This is one thing that has led to the out of control identity theft in this country. These laws are pretty much ignored.
True. But it also true that even if there are indictments they will try again in 2020. It is what they are.
Sooner or later, we’re going to be forced to ‘vote from the rooftops.’
