The Illinois Republican Party is calling for Democratic state Rep. Stephanie Kifowit to resign after she wished an infectious disease upon a GOP colleague’s family.
Kifowit directed the remark at Republican state Rep. Peter Breen during a contentious debate Tuesday over a bill to help families impacted by an outbreak of Legionnaires' disease at a state-run veterans home, according to the Chicago Sun Times.

Unfortunately the RATS own the state of Illinois. Kifowit will receive, at most, a light tap on the wrist for her outrageous behavior.

The IL House has voted to expunge her statement from the record. It should have stayed!
The Republican she threatened, Peter Breen (sadly “defeated” for reelection) is a friend of my mother.
Kifwit of course was reelected with 2/3s of the vote.
Evil was amply “rewarded” in this ‘election.’
