Why Britain Doesn’t Want Trump to Declassify Obamagate Docs (Brennan implicated)
American Spectator ^ | George Neumayr

Posted on 11/28/2018 11:23:48 AM PST by RoosterRedux

“FISA declassification will assure all the actors who tried to harm America are finally exposed,” George Papadopoulos wrote on Twitter last week. “Alexander Downer, the Australian government, UK, and GCHQ (British intelligence). If FISA is not declassified, these foreign governments will try to interfere again in 2020 to hurt Trump and the movement.”

...

“MI6 chiefs are secretly battling Donald Trump to stop him publishing classified information linked to the Russian election meddling investigation,” according to the story. “The UK is warning he will undermine intelligence gathering if he releases pages of an FBI application...”

“British spy chiefs have ‘genuine concern’ about sources being exposed if classified parts of the wiretap request are made public, according to figures familiar with the discussions,” continued the story. “‘It boils down to the exposure of people,’ said one US intelligence official, adding: ‘We don’t want to reveal sources and methods.’”

Fortune headlined its story, “Spy Games: Britain’s MI6 Horrified at Trump’s Plan to Declassify Details of FBI’s Carter Page Wiretap.” A lot of heavy weather is made about the threat declassification poses to “precedent.” But what do they mean by precedent? The precedent of a foreign government serving as an opposition research arm of the Democratic Party during a presidential election?

All of the British spy chiefs’ ostensibly high-minded anxieties are designed to distract attention from an enormous transatlantic scandal, one that has yet to be fully plumbed: that the only real collusion during the 2016 election took place between London and Langley. It took place under the hyper-partisan CIA director John Brennan, with Britty dual-asset oafs like Stefan Halper and British spies, both present and past (the Hillary-financed hatchet man Christopher Steele chief among them), putting in critical cameos — a spy ring that nearly catapulted Hillary into the White House.

Britain lost the right to have any say in our government some 200+ years ago.

Because the UK is not an ally. Their “friendship” is solely designed to achieve their policies, and is based upon a belief that they should still run the world. They intervened in our 2016 election on behalf of globalism. The CIA and FBI are the enforcement arm of the globalists.

‘We don’t want to reveal sources and methods.’”

Well, yeah, that is the point: The sources are rogue and the methods are seditious.

British intelligence has had many centuries of cloak and dagger experience.

And, probably a goodly percentage of their agents still work for Russia or Soros.

Mu guess is that the intelligence agencies involved here have made threats against the safety of the president and his family.

This whole nasty mess is a treasonous conspiracy to rig a presidential election.

To include Mueller and his democrat “investigators..”

People need to hang for this.

Bullcr*p. They help us spy on our citizens. And likely vice-versa. That's the reason they don't want the FISA docs released.

You should have thought about that before you attempted a political assassination of Trump you fools.

Mr. President, declassify and release unredacted NOW, please! The American people deserve to know the truth. Who cares if it implicates dirty actors in the UK!

The Brits are not interested in anybody but the Brits and we should be interested in America. We survived Kim Philby and we will survive whatever they think will happen when Trump pulls the curtain back.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Exactly right.
We were not supposed to be able to elect a President who WOULD enforce the laws and borders.
The Bush League Republicans had successfully blockaded any attempt before Trump broke through.
“The UK is warning he will undermine intelligence gathering if he releases pages of an FBI application...”
The documents need to be released so that in future any request from a rogue CIA/NSA chief like Brennan, for spying on a US political campaign is treated like radioactive ebola. It is not a coincidence that the head of GCHQ in the UK resigned two days after Trump's inauguration.
They made the choice to screw with Trump.
Now they get to live with that decision.
