Burke’s brother ran for state rep and lost. His wife is a judge. His ward boundaries ,14th, was changed along with several other wards. They had their neighborhoods divided to create “Hispanics” sections going to Hispanic aldermanic and congressional (Gutierez) candidates and blacks going to black.
This has nothing to do with Trump. Been informed it has something to do with administration of court settlement funds.
