I thought states were not allowed to form compacts without Congressional approval (I know DC is not a state). Do they have any right to compel the Executive to do anything?
Like I’ve said before. The Democrats would rather pull this Republic down rather than waiting 8 years to continue their drive to become part of a Global Government...with them in charge of course.
