List of dog food brands included. Most are chicken and rice, or some variant.
This has nothing to do with the massive Brazilian hamburger recall.

No Purina, good.
FYI, I wouldn’t think that Vitamin D toxicity would be as much of a problem now, in the very late Fall, given that the dogs (like us) don’t get as much naturally with the shorter days and the angle of the Sun. I think that the problem would be worse if it happened in the Summer.

I try to give mine 1/3 wet, 1/3 dry and 1/3 canned vegetables.
Doesn’t work like that every day. Some days are 25% dry or so; some days are closer to 33%.

“Veterinarians should also be aware that vitamin D toxicity may present as hypercalcemia, similar to dogs that have consumed rodenticide.” The main ingredient in some mice/rat poisons. Given extensively to moron patients by doctors in the USA. Otherwise known as Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)....
I had my own little experience with hypercalcemia. This S*it should be sporting a skull and crossbones. it is poison.

Yikes- the articles states some of these foods had 70 times more vitamin D than they should. 70 TIMES!!
I feed my corgi I and Love and You dry food. It has 5 star rating at Dog Food Advisor and she thrives on it. I’ve tried several of the brands they rate highly but we’ve settled on this one.
