I for one would welcome Uncle Joe to the Democrat race and I hope he wins the nomination. The epic beat-down that PDJT would give him during the debates, forcing Uncle Joe to make gaffe, after gaffe, after gaffe would be well worth it!

It's going to be a massively crowded field for the Dems this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see 40 serious candidates weigh in. Beto has a better chance than most of them. Sure, he may be a lowly Representative but he's a household name and he's got a mountain of money. He ran as a gun-grabbing San Francisco progressive and came within three points of beating Ted Cruz in Texas. He's a likable guy, very little negatives. Unlike Kamala or Pocahontas, he'll pacify the "Anyone but Hillary" voters who helped put Trump in the White House.
The Democrats aren't going to take any chances this year with breaking barriers or other such nonsense. They're going to be out to win. Beto O'Rourke is a safe bet they could get behind.
Since in his mind he’s hispanic, does he realized his nickname Beto rhymes with pedo which is Spanish for fart?
