So it was probably done out of Baltimore office of the FBI, but who ordered it or set it up is unknown till the warrant affidavit is unsealed. I read in a different article that the agents serving the warrant were surprised to hear he was a whistleblower. This leads me to surmise that the Baltimore office was used to basically SWAT the guy.
Expect lots of stonewalling because I bet that affidavit is a fiction novel based on anonymous tips.
does the FBI now have all those documents/info? If so, the FBI the only ones who has all that information? Is that the reason for the raid.. to continue to protect hillary?

Better be some explanations here. So out of control federal agencies can judge shop to get the warrants they want?
