U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz with three other senators introduced a bill Wednesday that is aimed at fully funding a wall along the US-Mexico border... The WALL Act would fully fund the border wall by closing existing loopholes that provide illegal immigrants with federal benefits and tax credits, without affecting the benefits and tax credits used by Americans.

Lets just do it with 51 Senate votes during reconciliation over the Christmas holiday - like Obamacare.

Isn't that the expectation?

Just like the repeal of commie care they put forth what won’t pass.

The time to put this forward was trumps first day in office.

Repubs blew their chance as usual.

Maybe we could do it like Obama:

Implemented portions of the DREAM Act, which Congress rejected, by executive action.”

“Killed four Americans overseas in counter-terrorism operations without judicial process.”

“Extended the deadline to enroll in Obamacare.”

“Illegally delayed Obamacare verification of eligibility for healthcare subsidies.”

“Illegally required people to violate their faith via the Obamacare contraception mandate.”

“Illegally targeted conservative groups for heightened IRS scrutiny.”

“Secretly obtained phone records from staff at the Associated Press.”

“Threatened to arrest military priests for practicing their faith during the partial government shutdown.”

“Illegally sold thousands of guns to criminals, in the operation known as Fast and Furious, and then refused to comply with congressional subpoenas about the operation.”

“Illegally revealed the existence of sealed indictments in the Benghazi investigation.”

Are you kidding me? The CURRENT House is one place it would pass. I worry more about the current Senate.

Unless this is an offered amendment to an existing passed house appropriations bill, this is a meaningless gesture.

All spending bills must originate in the House. Obamacare was started in the Senate by using an appropriations bill already passed in the house, and amended it by striking every single word out of the bill, including the title, and amending it with the Obamacare bill language.

That would be an excellent Christmas Gift to Americans from Sea to Shining Sea!

Then, start slashing government spending across the board, and cut off all payments to countries that hate us and want us dead.

MAGA! :)

“Just like the repeal of commie care they put forth that won’t pass.”

That’s the only reason Cruz would have said this.

Sorry, Cruzbots. Same ol’ Rafael Edward.

Lets see if Trump POTUS keeps his promise that he will let the democrats shut down the government if he doesn’t get funding for the wall.

Flake says he will not vote on anything until the bill to protect Mueller from being removed is passed.

My first thought as well. Ted’s name or lead means it is DOA. Sad. Anyone think differently, let’s watch, okay?

Now that it’s safe to propose it. Reminds me of Obamacare where they said they supported its repeal when it was “safe” for them to do so, but as soon as it was really doable, oh no, they don’t support it.

Kabuki theater.

"All spending bills must originate in the House."

I thought about that, but it's really not a "spending" bill, it's a "cutting" bill. Don't know if that makes any difference...

No, it's a "tax", ask Judge Roberts.

Yep time to git ‘er done!

Deep State/Shadow Government will fight tooth and nail to keep anything that helps our Constitutional Republic getting put into play.

63% of illegal alien insurgent invading colonists get massive gov benefits that if discontinued would fund the wall and leave money left over to help CITIZENS instead of Dem ILLEGAL voters

Until 1/3, it’s easier in the house than the senate.
