"Judge orders Justice, State departments to reopen narrow inquiry into handling of Clinton email records lawsuit "

A U.S. judge ordered the Justice and State departments Thursday to reopen an inquiry into whether Hillary Clinton used a private email server while secretary of state to deliberately evade public records laws and to answer whether the agencies acted in bad faith by not telling a court for months that they had asked in mid-2014 for missing emails to be returned.

Oh please of course Trump is a criminal and thousands of state department emails belonged on Anthony Wieners laptop for the Chinese and Russians to access. Doesn’t every government employee put our top foreign policy secrets on their sex pervert husband’s computer at home? I mean why are we still bothering Hilary? /s

“Its attorneys in October before Lamberth conceded some errors in the case’s handling but said that none amounted to bad faith or lying, that records were searched soon after they were received and that exhaustive reports by the FBI”

Notice the word comprehensive is not used.

Why a “narrow inquiry”? Or is that the compost projecting? Why not an expansive, overreaching investigation that involved FIB raids, holding people in solitary for months on end, and looking back into 20 years of taxes?

This is the method the Left uses to delay and then close the case. No one can comment on the “OPEN INVESTIGATION”. That seals it up until they punt the matter. All are involved. The Judge has done this before and the cases went away. Same Judge ordered clintons to reveal all emails and servers from Clinton’s presidency . They ignored the ruling. Destroyed all evidence and the court refused to get involved. This was back in 2000. Nothing has changed.

Here’s the judge’s ruling. The conclusion is interesting reading.

Maybe we could convince Vince McMahon to throw all of the Federal Judges into one big no-hold-barred, to the death cage match on pay-per-view.
