Anyone who has watched the Apprentice and read his book (I did in college) is that Trump does not demand perfection..he expects you to just do your job and finish. Really simple.

Anyone else notice how the leaks from the Trump administration stopped when Tillerson and a few others were shown the door???
I know that I don’t have any idea what is going on behind the scenes, but I cannot help but think that there really isn’t a lot of upside for Trump to be doing this. I understand pride, and getting back at someone for a snide public remark...but maybe a simple, “Well, he’s got his opinion, and I’ve got mine” would have sufficed. Bigger fish to fry, and all that.
I say this as someone who proudly voted for Trump to be POTUS, twice, and am looking forward to doing the same in 2020. Everyone steps in a steaming pile every once in a while...and I believe that this is one of those times for my favorite President in 3 1/2 decades.

Very bright and capable person, but just ran out of gas.
Tillerson came into the job with long standing international business relationships that made it very difficult to be diplomatic, on behalf of America, at times.
