The reason GHW Bush was so popular is because he went away. He did a fine job of being a former president, including mentoring young people who wanted to go into politics(through the school at his library). He only appeared publically and only when needed.

There is no interest even among liberals over Hillary becoming President.
She’s as popular as the Typhoid Mary. People just want the Clintons to go away and leave them alone.
Their time has come and gone. Like true grifters they force their unwanted attention on others because its the only thing they know how to do well.
No one is buying their carny show act and they’re completely irrelevant. They offer nothing people want to buy.

For all his flaws, GHWB actually had a life outside of government. The Clintons are hanging around like crap stains because they are bored out of their minds. They have no skills of any kind, and have no idea what to do with themselves outside of positions of power. Hillary Clinton would be answering phones at some fifth-rate non-profit organization right now if she had never met Bill, and he'd be a failed ambulance-chasing lawyer in Arkansas if he hadn't met her.
