Trump should 'dig in,' not 'give in' when it comes to border wall, Lindsey Graham says
Fox Business ^ | December 9, 2018 | Matthew Kazin

Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Sunday that President Trump should not give in when it comes to the spending battle with Democrats over funding for the wall on the U.S. southern border with Mexico.

“I’d want the whole five billion [dollars] because the caravan is a game-changer,” Graham, R-S.C., told “Sunday Morning Futures.” “One point six [billion dollars] is available to the president. He wants five. And after the caravan if you don't see the need for additional border security, you're just not paying much attention. So, Mr. President, dig in, do not give in when it comes to the wall.”

That’s right, Lindsey!
Walk nothing back. Ms Kristen Nielsen may finally be getting with the program too.
Smile on, you crazy diamond!

All of a sudden, Lindsey Graham is the voice of sanity and strength in the GOP. Did pigs start flying or something?

My guess is McCain disgusted him at the end and he saw the light. We'll see.

I just don’t trust Linda at all.

Between saying things like this and basically dictating that POTUS sever ties with Saudi Arabia, I cannot decide if he’s more of a friend or foe to PDJT. Probably a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Highly dubious, too, about the prospect of Grahamnesty taking the helm of the Judiciary Committee, overseeing confirmation of all nominations.

You’d think all of the golf outings POTUS has had with him, he’d have a better grasp of Graham’s true intentions.

Flimsey Grahamnesty is running for re-election in 2020

He deserves to be removed from office for his support of amnesty bills in 2006, 2007 and 2013.

He’s trying to fool you, as soon as he is re-elected he will be supporting amnesty again.
The McCain tewo-step.

He was right on Kavanaugh, is finally right on the border wall, but also has his head up his ass about the WashComPost's late Muslim Brotherhood columnist Jamal Khashoggi.

"...Lindsey Graham..."

It is always difficult to determine if the lame old Lindsey 1.0 or the newer better Lindsey 2.0 will prevail.

Lindsey 2.0 is pretty decent at times.....

The President has few that will support him openly. I am very appreciative for this.

There is no ne Flimsey Grahamnesty, he’s trying to fool the people in SC into re-electing him when he deserves to be booted for his support for every amnesty attempt since he got into the Senate.

It’s fine if he’s running for re-election in 2020.

It is 2018. There is a LOT of time between then, and now.

I welcome Graham to our side. Maybe he has seen the light? But even if it is just temporary, it is very welcome.

Good job Lindsey.

Mostly when Republican Senators talk about $5 billion for the wall, they mean over two years - $2.5 next year, and $2.5 in 2020.

They know that the Democrats in the House are likely to kill the second half.

The should set aside a fund for the full $25 billion, right up front.

I think he saw what happened to Corker and Flake. He is up for reelection two ears from now. I wonder if he will still be an open border advocate after he wins reelection?

He's up for re-election in 2020. Trying to head off a primary challenge. Same routine every 6 years.
