Bring it on. The midterm election is over. November 2020 is long, long way away. I don’t see a downside to a shutdown at this point.
Fund it with a surcharge. Every dollar provided for illegal aliens in welfare, incarceration, legal assistance and every other costs they hang on American taxpayers releases and equal dollar for the wall. Do that and it gets paid for in two months, probably less.

Give him Trump $1 billion a month from tariff money to use as much or as little as he needs for incresed border security, the wall and increased customs enforcement.

Actually the Senate shouldn’t approve any spending bills that don’t have the wall.
Let the Senate shut down the government not Trump. Senate needs to get a backbone.
