Interesting, very interesting. As noted in the Flynn sentencing memo last night there were some curiously framed explanations of events surrounding his FBI inquisition.

Now Judge Emmet Sullivan wants expanded information, and wishes to see the actual notes (FD-302) that were mentioned by Flynn; and Judge Sullivan is directing the special counsel to provide all documents created by the FBI surrounding the Flynn interview:

This is an interesting article.

Maybe the truth will finally come out in the sentencing hearing. Maybe the Judge will actually find that Mueller, McCabe, Strzok and the rest have engaged in illegal activity against General Flynn.

An honest non-corrupt judge ACTUALLY WANTING TO DO JUSTICE?

How refreshing.

I’ve been saying for more than a year that this is the only end-game that works for people like Flynn, Manafort, etc. If they fought the charges successfully, they’d be innocent men but would be flat broke. If a judge throws out the case and rules that the Office of the Special Counsel engaged in malfeasance, they are innocent men with the legal standing to sue the U.S. taxpayers for a boatload of money.

Then again the judge may be digging for a reason to sentence Flynn to prison. I hope you are correct.

AM I HAPPY TO READ THIS.

Well, it looks as though Flynn was doing some offense work, but very quietly. The article indicates the Judge received some information from Flynn. He IS defending himself.

Praise the Lord.

Read the article. The notes in question were mentioned in the sentencing memo prepared by Flynn’s lawyers. The only reason they did this was to have an official record that these notes exist ... which gives the judge — AND THE AMERICAN PUBLIC — a heads-up to start asking some questions about them.

Judge Sullivan has been critical of govt abuses in the past. Maybe, just maybe, he is taking a critical look at Mueller & co.??

I don’t recall ever reading what Gen. Flynn’s alleged “lies” were and the context. Charges for lying coming from the filthy Mueller and Weissmann are a sick joke.

Maybe the case will get tossed as Mueller should’ve been.

[2009] Judge Emmet Sullivan excoriates govt prosecutors

"A federal judge on Tuesday set aside the conviction of Republican former Sen. Ted Stevens while excoriating the case's prosecutors."

"District Judge Emmet Sullivan also appointed an independent, nongovernment attorney, Henry Schuelke III, to investigate possible misconduct by the government lawyers who prosecuted the 85-year-old former senator from Alaska."

""In nearly 25 years on the bench, I've never seen anything approaching the mishandling and misconduct that I've seen in this case," Sullivan said."

BINGO! Sometimes it is best not to stage a head-on attack but to instead stage an indirect attack. Flynn and his attorneys are taking this approach.

Knew this was coming

Team Mueller broke every law on the book to try to frame Flynn and then maliciously intimidate him to agree to a bogus plea agreement to avoid ruinous false prosecution

Now they are caught

They can’t simply dismiss the charges and and void the plea agreement, nor can they proceed with prosecution

All they can do is minimize the damage they have done in hope that the case will just fade away

It was clearly entrapment and denied Gen. Flynn of his right to council.

Toss the case!

And the slime ball who ran the corrupt investigation to falsely convict Senator Stevens was:

Robert Mueller.

Judge Sullivan is very familiar with the lying and unethical tactics of Mueller. And he has reversed a conviction in the past.

I have thought all along that Judge Sullivan will throw this case out, with prejudice. I hope that will happen. I’m assuming the judge can also punish members of the prosecution and investigators, but I don’t know for sure.
