I have thought all along that Judge Sullivan will throw this case out, with prejudice. I hope that will happen. I’m assuming the judge can also punish members of the prosecution and investigators, but I don’t know for sure.
Judge Sullivan ordered the Office of Special Counsel to provide the court any exculpatory evidence some time ago. If this seven months in the making 302 varies from earlier iterations of the same, the Judge is liable to blow a gasket and hold the DOJ lawyers in contempt along with dismissing the case.
