Deep State: We think it’s safe to say at this point that the entire Justice Department hierarchy has been thoroughly corrupted by the Washington establishment to the point where POTUS Donald Trump may have to just clean house.
There were several developments this week, many of on Thursday, proving this point.
First, the House Oversight subcommittee on Government Operations held a hearing yesterday focusing on corruption within the Clinton Foundation. House Freedom Caucus chairman Mark Meadows, R-N.C., led the hearing; two foundation whistleblowers appeared along with Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton.
But who wasn’t there is a huge part of the story: U.S. attorney for Utah John Huber.

They still refused.
“We will not be providing those materials…” Moynihan said.
“We will compel you to bring all those documents to this Committee then…let me just tell you, this is a hearing to get to the truth and what you’re saying is that you’re all about the truth, Mr. Moynihan..if you’re all about the truth then why aren’t you willing to give us the documents?” Meadows said raising his voice.
Why did these two show up to testify if they weren’t prepared to provide the committee with their evidence?

The DOJ does not have the authority to refuse congress.
Trump’s house will get cleaned before the deep state’s house ever gets cleaned. It will be up to the American people to right this DC house.

I watched this hearing yesterday. Meadows was more than pissed! Made those two look like clowns. I hope Meadows subpoenas those documents. But, all this said, it’s probably to the point of “too late” now.
Shutting down the Government sounds like the perfect time to clean out the entire swamp.
Finance forensic experts have a business and investigated the Clinton Foundation on their own dime. They don’t have to do anything. They were invited.
This is the bad work of staff people in Congress, nothing more.
Huber coming was bad news. If he showed up, it would only be due to him speaking to the completion of the investigation. He can’t speak to an active investigation.
The forensic experts said they believe the FBI in Little Rock is investigating the CF.
So, we actaully know nothing more than what was rumored before. A real end of year useless dog and pony show.
The Deep State is running out the clock and once January comes and the Dems take control of the House, nothing, and I mean NOTHING will get done regarding any of these investigations, except the phony Mueller one.
Good points all. Doesn’t help the cause for them to deny giving up the docs though. Hell, they’ve already given them to the FBI, DOJ and Soloman. Giving them to congress isn’t going to change that.

- Like the Judiciary creating law without consequence (of which everyone must comply), and thereby the Judiciary demonstrates their supremacy over Congress, **the DOJ has many times, established its supremacy over Congress. Today, the DOJ/FBI regularly blow off Congress. In doing so with impunity, they have clearly demonstrated Congress is subject to, and will be forced to do what the DOJ determines. In this, our “Federal Police” are demonstrating they are in control of the Executive and Legislative Branches of our government.
- Judges are regularly in violation of the law when they legislate, establishing their supremacy over Congress, and regularly order the Executive Branch to comply with their decisions to violate Federal law.
- Many agencies in federal government, write and determine federal codes, statutes, and regulations, which the rest of society must not violate, or we will often face fines and prison - which have never been seen or voted on by our elected representatives.
The entire system is now lawless, and has been reorganized and weaponized to carry out anti-American left-wing warfare against all who will not comply, or may represent a threat to their centralized sovereign global socialist government!
There is no controlling legal authority....and THAT my FRiend is how our government works.
