Destroying evidence and obstructing justice may (technically) be crimes, but they aren’t as serious as “colluding” which is about as bad as the holocaust.

Seems to me that Mueller has committed crimes that far outweigh anything he’s charged others with.

Those fraudulent FISA warrant supporting documents should have had him serving time already.

If true, justice demands more than Mueller merely being fired.

Ck out Berger v US.

“The United States Attorney is the representative not of an ordinary party to a controversy, but of a sovereignty whose obligation to govern impartially is as compelling as its obligation to govern at all; and whose interest, therefore, in a criminal prosecution is not that it shall win a case, but that justice shall be done. As such, he is in a peculiar and very definite sense the servant of the law, the twofold aim of which is that guilt shall not escape or innocence suffer. He may prosecute with earnestness and vigor—indeed, he should do so. But, while he may strike hard blows, he is not at liberty to strike foul ones. It is as much his duty to refrain from improper methods calculated to produce a wrongful conviction as it is to use every legitimate means to bring about a just one.
It is fair to say that the average jury, in a greater or less degree, has confidence that these obligations, which so plainly rest upon the prosecuting attorney, will be faithfully observed.”
“Moreover, we have not here a case where the misconduct of the prosecuting attorney was slight or confined to a single instance, but one where such misconduct was pronounced and persistent, with a probable cumulative effect upon the jury which cannot be disregarded as inconsequential.”

How did Mueller, the DOJ and the FBI become independent of all three branches of government? They answer to no one.

One reason Mueller has been taking so long is that he’s been destroying evidence from the beginning. I’ve always thought that was going on.

requires the prosecution...to give the defense all evidence favorable to the defendant, whether it impeaches a witness, mitigates punishment or shows his innocence.

Unfortunately, that aspect of our legal system exists only on paper. Prosecutors have never cared about guilt or innocence, or even justice. They care about WINNING and advancing their career, and if innocent people must suffer, well, too bad for them. Until they are held accountable, nothing will change.

Unfortunately, we have long been lead to believe that LEOs, federal agents and prosecutors are honorable men and women interested in the pursuit of justice. They have been given enormous power and have the ability to imprison nearly anyone if they use their full range of resources, use deception (yes, they can lie to targets and witnesses to gain “cooperation”) and exploit the superabundance of laws and administrative rules.

Juries need to consider nullification and closely scrutinize the tactics of investigators and prosecutors. They have to start losing cases. It’s not just the upper echelon that uses these tactics, the “rank and file” use them as well. Sorry Hannity, the rank and file want those salary increases and promotions and “judicial ethics” won’t stop them.

This judge would have to be out of his mind to rule against Mueller. The Deep State and their media would destroy him and anyone close to him.

This is going to get the Judge Roberts treatment.

Judge Sullivan should be spitting mad and jumping straight up and straight down.

He signed an order back in Feb 2018 for Mueller to hand over to Flynn, exculpatory evidence. If it was not material, Mueller was to still submit it to the court for an "in camera" review.

I never saw any outcome of this order.

Time to throw Mueller’s ass in prison. He and his Clintoonista shysters are pulling a scam on the American people. There is no Russki collusion with the Trump campaign. The Russkis were colluding with the “democrats”.

Mueller is as corrupt as they come and created an FBI in his image when he was in charge for 12 years. The likes of Comey, Stroke and others came up under him. If you want to see just how corrupt he is, see Louie Gohmert’s 40 page document detailing all the dishonest, abuse of power and corrupt dealing of Mueller. It can be found on Gohmert’s twitter page
