You have to take into account where the bar was set after 8 years of Obama. They do deserve credit for getting us actual budgets and not just CR's. That doesn't fix everything, but it was a necessary start. And Judges of course. Virtually killed, and if not for McCain, would have completely killed ACA. They never fail to find ways to disappoint, but they did have notable accomplishments.
