Chick-fil-A is on fire.
The fast-growing chicken-sandwich franchise is poised to become the third-largest fast-food chain in the country next year by sales, replacing Subway, according to Kalinowski Equity Research.
Chick-fil-A would leapfrog past Taco Bell, Burger King and Wendy’s, the No. 4, 5 and 6 chains respectively, according to the firm.

Impressive considering that those other chains have 2 to 3 times as many stores.

Without reading the article I can safely assume one of the main reasons for their success besides a quality product at a competitive price is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last time I was in two out of the three Chick-fil-A is gonna leapfrog past the customer service was deplorable, rudeness and bad attitudes were the order of the day.....none for me thanks.
AND they're closed on Sundays...
It’s because their sandwiches are delicious.
And they're all open 7 days a week.
I haven't tried Taco Bell in over 30 years (no desire) but I've been to Wendy's 5 or 6 times in the last year (only for the burger and fries)...
I applaud being closed on Sundays.
That said, I think it may actually boost sales in other ways, aside from being a family value.
You only need to get a craving for CFA one or two Sundays to then make a point of picking them over other lunch options during the rest of the week.
Every one of them have great service, good food and clean restaurants. None of this surprises me in the least.
You are most certainly right. I know that’s one of the main reasons I keep going back.
This says a lot for CFA’s simple business plan:
Number one: Let God lead.
Serve delicious food.
Price it right.
Hire quality employees who will appreciate the customers.
They just reopened the one closest to my house. Knocked down the old building, rebuilt on site. Traffic jam!
Great customer service is part of their success.
Yet to listen to the liberals bitch about them, the issue of homosexual marriage overrides and cancels out everything else.
Love their egg white chicken breakfast sandwich.

Starbucks is number 2 as “fast food”?!
Wendy’s sucks now - all the ones in my area are poorly managed - at lunch time it took 20 minutes to get my food (with 2 other people in the store) and then they decided I didn’t need chicken in my bacon and chicken sandwich.
Still miss their original breakfast burritos!
