Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Who is voting for her?

Posted on 12/26/2018 1:25:17 PM PST by georgiabelle

I have searched everywhere to find the answer to a burning question: Can RBG vote from her hospital bed. How do we know it is her voting?? Congressmen have to be physically present to vote. I would think the same would hold true for the Supreme Justices. Or at least be present for the hearing. Does anyone of you have an answer??

I think some decisions are voted on weeks before the decisions are revealed.

Apparently, a Justice can call in their vote, or send it my messenger.

She is not the first Justice to be hospitalized and voting.

I think Rehnquist voted from his hospital.

You’ve raised a good question. Voting is one aspect ... plus how does she participate in hearings etc? Have there been cases where she wasn’t there for the hearings yet voted?

Politburo marionette always beholden to it.

She’s a despicable intellectual midget, pretending to impress using Big Words.

ACLU membership should trigger immediate deportation as agent of Comintern, which she is, based on her words and deeds.

She lives in France most of the time. The second the USSC is out of session she is on a chartered Falcon 50 for Paris, where she remains until the court reconvenes.

I guess our healthcare is better here as for her needs for now?.

There are no rules, just voluntary protocols.

Most of those center on recusal.

A USSC Justice can vote on a case they have not heard the arguments on, and nobody can stop them.

Dems can vote as often as they like. California passed a law allowing themselves to cheat by Ballot Harvesting. No one has questioned same. What would stop the most physically fit , 2,00 year old SC Kustice declare anything. Schummer will cast her vote.

Maybe if we all vote for her to win an election, she’ll step down from the court when she wins.

Rehnquist

“”The Chief Justice battled thyroid cancer since being diagnosed last October and continued to perform his duties on the court until a precipitous decline in his health the last couple of days,” said court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg.”

How do we even know that she’s alive? It wouldn’t surprise me if the Democrats are pulling some crap on Trump and the rest of us. Don’t forget, she’s not even on the bench, and she’s delivering opinions????????? The last one bit Trump a lot.

Could be like another Weekend at Bernie’s. They could prop her up in the hospital for a year after she dies and the Democrats would still let her vote

Easy. She can be replaced with a simple algorithm. No need for her highly complex, never to be equalled liberal logic.

If: Poor logic progressive argument violating all common sense.
Then: Yes

If: Anything else
Then: No

That’s nothing. FLOTUS Edith Wilson ran the country for months by prohibiting direct access to the ailing president.

If she had a VATS lobectomy (minimally invasive) she could be back in court as early as 4 weeks.
