The trial was a sham from top to bottom.
I could convict you for orchestrating 9/11 in a trial conducted in this fashion. Step 1: assign you a lawyer who declares you guilty. Done.
Even better, make sure it's right around shift change time for the PD, when there's not a uniform to be seen...
My only concern with that plan would be the inevitable fights that would break out over who got the privilege of finishing the POS off.
He should have been executed a day or two after his trial was over.
I have three points.

They acknowledged his role in the Boston bombing; their defense angle was that the older brother prodded him into it. So you think he and his brother are completely innocent of everything that happened that day, including the killing of Officer Collier.. that it was all perpetrated by someone else?

Again, I assign you that lawyer, I have you convicted for 9/11 on these terms, and no matter how absurd it is to you, a jury will agree because they’ll see only one side of the story, which will not be challenged in any way because your representation is working for the prosecution.
I strongly recommend that you look up what the conditions for a fair trial are and compare it to what happened here. There is no resemblance whatsoever.

They were going to detonate the bombs at the Charles River Esplanade celebration. Another site would have been Times Square, NY. That they acted alone and that they learned how to build pressure cooker bombs from an online al Qaeda magazine, Inspire.
Nov. 4, 2014 – Ailina Tsarnaeva, 24, pleaded guilty to misleading a police detective during a counterfeiting investigation, avoiding jail time in an agreement with prosecutors in South Boston Municipal Court. Prosecutors also considered separate charges pending against Tsarnaeva in New York, where she is accused of threatening to “put a bomb” on a perceived romantic rival. “I have people who can go over there and put a bomb on you.” She left the courtroom with a baby.
Mar 4, 2015 – Katherine Russell is suspected of accompanying Tamerlain to Macy’s in Boston two months before bombing to purchase 5 pressure cookers, two of which were allegedly used at the bombing. The bombs were made in their apartment in plain sight of her.
So, to cut to the chase, you believe Tsarnaev is totally innocent of all charges and should be released, correct?
