North Korea has continued its development of intercontinental ballistic missiles despite declaring a halt to launches, having conducted a missile-linked radio wave experiment early this month, it has been learned.

Despite sanctions limiting the North’s petroleum supply, the North Korean military is continuing to train at its usual levels. In response, the Japanese and U.S. governments plan to increase their surveillance of smuggling and other activities on the high seas, according to military and diplomatic sources.

having conducted a missile-linked radio wave experiment

Sending a radio signal to test remote control is not a very useful test. Radios generally work. What NK has not tested is actual missiles. Without such testing, missiles can easily veer off course, fail to make their range, etc. The chance of NK being an accurate threat was small to begin with. Without testing the chance is close to zero.

Well, this is not testing, I really don’t know.

Just posting because I noticed this article, and it is from a prestigious source in Japan.

Don’t know however, if this is anything new.

Sort of seems not. But just posting this for information.

Others may have their own feelings.

The population of that country won’t see the advantages of free world cultures in a day, nor will its government allow it to do so all at once. Their exposure and consideration of cultural changes will take time. They must the be ones to decide. And yes, this has everything to do with de-nuclearization.

The only way Lil Dong will give up his nukes is when we pry them from his carbonised hands.
