Abortion was the number one cause of death worldwide in 2018, with more than 41 million children killed before birth, Worldometers reports.
As of December 31, 2018, there have been some 41.9 million abortions performed in the course of the year, Worldometers revealed. By contrast, 8.2 million people died from cancer in 2018, 5 million from smoking, and 1.7 million died of HIV/AIDS.
Worldometers — voted one of the best free reference websites by the American Library Association (ALA) — keeps a running tally through the year of major world statistics, including population, births, deaths, automobiles produced, books published, and CO2 emissions. It also records the total number of abortions in the world, based on the latest statistics on abortions published by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Feminism at its core is an anti fertility cult. Planned Parenthood is to Feminism what the SS was to Nazis.

The Democrat craves baby murder.
Not that many will actually kill their own babies. The abortion numbers are higher than the number of women who kill because the minority of women who use abortion as their primary birth control have multiple abortions. Something like 60% of abortion clientele are repeat customers.
The CDC keeps detailed stats on who is having the abortions. Blacks, followed by Hispanics, are responsible for the majority of abortions. Poor women have significantly more abortions than middle class or rich women.
The fact that abortion rates differ so drastically between different demographic groups puts the lie to the pro-abort claim that women are not being irresponsible when they choose to get pregnant with a child they plan to abort. They want us all to believe that women have no control over whether they get pregnant, and that abortion is therefore necessary to keep women from becoming baby machines.
Feminism is a subspecies of leftism. Leftism, generally, is a Death Cult. Leftists have a Final Solution to the anyone who gets in their way.
In America, only Democrats have Abortions.
