The politically savvy donor network helmed by billionaire Charles Koch plans in 2019 to use its deep pockets to push for an overhaul of the nation’s immigration system, including permanent legal status for for young people who came to the country illegally, according to an email obtained by TIME and verified by a Koch spokesman.
The Koch donor network, among the most powerful force in conservative circles, also plans to tackle poverty, addiction and education in the coming two-year election cycle, according to the message.

What took so long?
Trump offered to exchange DACA Amnesty for The Wall in 2017.
Trump's first and second Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus and John Kelly, both publicly supported DACA Amnesty in 2017.
Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen publicly supported DACA Amnesty in 2017.
This is the keystone to this whole problem, remove it and the whole debacle will collapse on itself. As soon as the deportation force is assembled the democrats will give you anything to stop it. Begin with a million or two and things will get interesting. Start at the canadian border and sweep southward catching as many as possible and driving the lawbreakers before you. Also declare money sent by non citizens out of this country to be criminal proceeds and let any agency that can stop it keep it. The illegals will voluntarily return to their real countries. The ones they send their money to each month.
The immediate problem is the gov’t shutdown.
That’s probably what’s going on right now.
They are actively buying off the new GOP senators such that they’ll give up what will end up being a multi-million DACA amnesty for a little fence repair down on our monstrously and intentionally porous border.
Cory Gardner is going to be a problem.
It’s as if the new GOP senators can’t wait to fill McCain and Flake and Corker’s shoes.
Mitt and Cory are at it early, and we can expect McSally to join them, though she is less vocal for now.
And today some Freepers still defend the pedophile Bush family. Time will change all.
Gardner is going to lose his seat. Romney has President Envy.
AZ Gov just won reelection with 300,000 more votes than McSally got causing her to lose. I think McSally will vote with the President. McSally has to defend her seat in 2020 when Trump is up for reelection and AZ will be tough for both of them.
We can hope you’re right, that she has her eyes on the prizes of her next two elections, actually. If it came to a conviction vote in the Senate, however, I expect she’d consider her buy-off worthwhile.
Koch brothers are traitors time to treat them as such.
Time to raise their taxes. That is the way to fight C of C rinos. If wealthy people are going to create a permanent Dem majority, either by design or greed and stupidity, then they need to pay the taxes that the Dems claim they want. I am sorry I supported every tax cut for them. When the gang of eight travesty occurred that is when I became woke.
