So how should we think about it? The one the president, but not quite presidential enough in the other’s eyes. The other, oh so presidential, the very portrait of a president, but for some reason not quite actually president. The one thinks that he has ‘the mantle’ of the office and is qualified to say that the other doesn’t. But he seems to forget that he never quite had the office itself. And the kicker is when he writes, “It is well known that Donald Trump was not my choice for the Republican presidential nomination.”
Yes, Mitt. It is well known. All too well known. And what to say? Didn’t anyone tell you? And how exactly to break the news, now so long after the fact? “Yes Mitt. But it also well known that despite your mantle and despite your own assessment of your own presidentiality, you were not quite the American people’s choice to be president either.” (You too, Hillary.)
You could have been their choice. And it was not for lack of trying. But the fact that you wrote that phrase, and that reading over that phrase after you wrote it did not prevent you from publishing it, says volumes about why they didn’t choose you. They could have done it in 2012. There was buyer’s remorse. But you got snookered by Barack over… oh yes, the Russians. And you could have done it in 2016. Once again buyer’s remorse. But you got snookered by Jeb and Hillary, and took yourself out of the game before it began. This, no doubt, was the presidential, at least the elder statesmanly, thing to do.

Mittens is waiting to hear from the Trump supporters at 1-202-224-3121. Ask for Mittens by any of his names.
Mitt is a piece of ___(rhymes with mitt)
Mitt Romney is a just another pod person republican—he puts an R by his name but acts like a democrat in every other way.
Like all Bush League Republicans, Romney is only interested in stopping President Trump from enforcing the laws and borders.
They do not intend to allow us to keep our country.
Anybody but Jeb probably would have and been indistinguishable from h
I’ll take Trump’s coarseness and great work ethic over Mitt-wit’s smoothness and lousy work ethic any day of the week.
He would have won but he let a debate moderator deball him
Mitt will never win. He is too careful. He is too plastic. And conservatives do not trust him. Many people in both parties think the country wants a father figure who oozes seriousness. But many who voted for Trump or Bernie actually want anything but that. We don’t need a father figure to lie to us on the campaign trail and give in to special interests as they run the country. Mitt and Biden are the two that most fall into this category along with Jeb Bush.
People like Mitt can be vicious when dealing with conservatives. Dealing with liberals they are always “gentlemen.” Plenty of people agreed with his attack on Trump: Nancy Pelosie, great intellects like Hank (don’t let Guam capsize) Johnson, BLM, Jesse Jackson, etc.
Romney is severely conservative.
Mitt, you SHOULD have won 2012... You choked.... give it up
Romney is severely wimpish.
And there was NO ONE....NO ONE EXCEPT TRUMP that could have been the CLINTON MACHINE! NO ONE!!!
Mitt isn’t alone:

...“It’s incredibly frustrating to think to yourself, ‘Wow, if this guy were not in the race, we’d win this thing,’” Christie said, looking back on internal polling within the campaign. “And I absolutely believe if Trump had not gotten into the race, I think we would have won.”
I have gotten the sense from the very beginning that Mitt's candidacy was only about Mitt...not what he could do for the Country.
Mitt is Hillary Clinton in a Brooks Brothers suit, with the same ailment - no self-awareness that they were weak candidates.
Mitt is a slightly animated Ken Doll.
He made a piss poor showing at the second debate......he must have gotten a phone call from the Clintons!
