Big JW Victory: California and Los Angeles County to Remove 1.5 Million Inactive Voters from Voter..
Judicial Watch ^ | JANUARY 04, 2019 | None Stated

Posted on 01/06/2019 4:31:22 PM PST by Texas Fossil

Good news for the voters in California/country.

We have signed a settlement agreement with the State of California and the County of Los Angeles under which they will begin the process of removing from their voter registration rolls as many as 1.5 million inactive registered names that may be invalid.

These removals are required by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), a federal law requiring the removal of inactive registrations from the voter rolls after two general federal elections (encompassing from 2 to 4 years). Inactive voter registrations belong, for the most part, to voters who have moved to another county or state or have passed away.

Los Angeles County has over 10 million residents, more than the populations of 41 of the 50 United States. California is America’s largest state, with almost 40 million residents.

We filed a 2017 federal lawsuit to force the cleanup of voter rolls (Judicial Watch, Inc., et al. v. Dean C. Logan, et al. (No. 2:17-cv-08948)). ..

In our lawsuit, we alleged:

The lawsuit confirmed that Los Angeles County has on its rolls more than 1.5 million potentially ineligible voters. This means that more than one out of every five LA County registrations likely belongs to a voter who has moved or is deceased. We noted: “Los Angeles County has the highest number of inactive registrations of any single county in the country.”

Now will the illegal voting scams be uncovered? Dems were stealing election in 1946 in Texas (Ballot Box 13 Jim Wells County, voted graveyard rolls in alphabetic order, for LBJ), but the ComDems of today are doing it on a scale that is unimaginable.

Judicial Watch has done some amazing work.

If they were inactive for 4 years, then they should be removed. Of course, if they were inactive for 4 years, then the Dems couldn’t have used them to commit fraud.

We need to keep looking to see how the ballot harvesters worked their ‘magic’.

I would rather they look at some of the active voters - those who vote several times and those aren't citizens.

Absolutely. This must be the tip of the iceberg. Voter fraud on a grand scale by the ComDem crazies. Absolutely nothing is beneath them.

Strait to the pit of hell.

Just scratching the surface.

California admits it has no idea if non-citizens voted in last election.

A flagrant violation of the basic Democratic principle of one ghost, one vote.

Ballot harvesting should be illegal. Invalid chain of custody of voting documents impairs all votes collected by unofficial dudes and chicks canvassing districts.

Good job, JW - one thing at a time. They can get to the illegal voting next...CA needs a good enema!

See that’s the problem. When I saw OC go completely leftist, it was either massive widespread vote fraud, or the leftist dings simply have outnumbered American patriots. Outnumbered gets my vote as I know in some big population centers of CA, it’s 3-1 leftist.

They took the crown jewel of the U.S. and all but destroyed it. And from this point forward, it’s all about control and looting the folks who work. They’ll double down. It’s coming.

In Massachusetts, the people who came over on the Mayflower still vote.

GOP volunteers should investigate the 1.5 million ineligible voters. Plenty out there to do the keyboard work. Look up obits and see if they voted. I wouldn’t even be surprised if ‘dead Republicans’ managed to vote Democrat for the first time. Once the word gets out and a few locked up the fraud will go down. Don’t count on the leftist Atty Gen/law enforcement to do their jobs.

I think it’s GREAT what they’ve accomplished...

...but in the back of my mind, I think of their ballot-by-mail system in California - which would mean that everyone of those 1.5M fake voters would get a ballot...and that Judicial Watch is ready to go after Ballot Harvesting.

...which makes me think that perhaps they needed to get rid of the fake voters, so that they don’t get outed. Of course that would also mean ‘losing’ their data regarding who voted.

Inactive democratic voters, remain active in democratic districts. They remain active in the district, even after death or after moving away.
