Work from home? Most likely she’s just trying to keep
food down and not be constipated.

Retire with what little dignity you have left rbg.

Sure your liberal friends and supporters will hate you
till your dying day and probably hide your bed pan, but
you are tough, you can take it.

Has there ever been a situation before where a SC Justice refused to retire despite a prolonged illness?

She may already be dead and someone is issuing a vote for her. The left has already shown they will stop at nothing.

She’s not going to retire even though she needs to. She’s going to die still on the court I predict.

In order to refuse the Justice must be told to retire. Who has ever done that before?

Media and public don't count.

She knows she has to hold out for one more year before the Merritt Garland rule goes into effect.

That only applies to the 8th year of a President.

Why would she need to listen to arguments?

She’s a Democrat.

They don’t let facts sway them.

“She knows she has to hold out for one more year before the Merritt Garland rule goes into effect.”

Ehhhh, that’s not a rule, it’s a tactic. With Republicans running the Senate, there will be no need to delay her appointment if she leaves before January, 2021.
