The Supreme Court says Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is missing arguments for the first time in more than 25 years as she recuperates from cancer surgery last month.
Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Monday the 85-year-old Ginsburg is continuing to recuperate and work from home after doctors removed two cancerous growths from her left lung on Dec. 21.

Work from home? Most likely she’s just trying to keep
food down and not be constipated.

In order to refuse the Justice must be told to retire. Who has ever done that before?
Media and public don't count.
She knows she has to hold out for one more year before the Merritt Garland rule goes into effect.
That only applies to the 8th year of a President.
Why would she need to listen to arguments?
She’s a Democrat.
They don’t let facts sway them.
They are going to try applying it to the lame duck year of any Preidential term.
That should be grounds for impeachment.

Ehhhh, that’s not a rule, it’s a tactic. With Republicans running the Senate, there will be no need to delay her appointment if she leaves before January, 2021.
