Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) called on President Trump to withdraw Bill Barr’s nomination for Attorney General Wednesday, saying Barr’s previous criticisms of King Mueller disqualifies him to lead the Department of Justice.
The Senate Judiciary Committee set confirmation hearings for President Trump’s AG nominee Bill Barr for January 15th and 16th.

It remains to be seen if the Democrats will turn the hearing into a circus like they did with Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing.
They will try to gum up the confirmation to no avail.

Mueller was appointed by the DOJ, works for the DOJ, and answers to the DOJ. Schumer and the Senate have nothing to do with Mueller. They certainly can't declare him a deity who cannot be evaluated by others.
This guy was fully approved by the senate and has already held the position. Why would he be withdrawn?

Where did you see someone admit it was wrapping up? I haven't heard that from Mueller's team and nobody else matters since Rosenstein has decided to let him do anything he wants for as long as he wants with zero oversight or boundaries.
