Yes, see my post in re: Mena AR airport meeting with powder monkey nose Bill Clinton. Barr was there. This is in a well known well written (targeted to be murdered btw) spec ops Air Force pilot hired for the Contra op.
Clintons and Bushes in on the ..... cash flow. Can’t recall the title of the book, but greasy intel tried to supress it and also to kill the author. It includes discussions of air operations with Barry Seals (whom Bush made sure was slaughtered by Colombians in New Orleans— all documented).
